The UAP Cordillera Chapter Attendance & Registry System is a high-security digital platform designed to manage and streamline General Membership Meeting (GMM) participation, member credentials, and chapter financial transactions. By combining rapid camera-free PIN check-ins, automated ledger compilation, and a centralized operations center, it provides a transparent and efficient system for all chapter architects.

  • Camera-Free Check-In — Quick meeting roll-call log-ins using QR-code scans or PIN verification without requiring camera selfies.
  • Live Registration Selfies — Live camera selfie validation restricted exclusively to initial member registration to guarantee authentic identity capture.
  • System Operations Center — A consolidated administrative command dashboard displaying member registers, live roll-call headcounts, and overall chapter attendance rates.
  • Automated Revenue Compiler — Filter and compile comprehensive financial spreadsheets (Excel/PDF) for Monthly Dues, Annual National Dues, Back Dues, and Special Events.
  • Dues & Ledger Manager — In-depth payment record-keeping tracking individual member outstanding balances and legacy backdues history.
  • QR & Scanner Integration — Instant QR code generation and mobile camera scanning for fast, seamless architect check-ins.
  • Real-Time Announcements — Global broadcast tower system for sending live, administrative alerts across all connected active sessions.
SECURITY & INFRASTRUCTURE
Built on Google Firebase Cloud infrastructure with end-to-end data integrity. All credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest. The system supports offline session restoration and persistent login state management for uninterrupted operation.
